Swedish supercar manufacturer Koenigsegg partnered with German firm NLV Solar AG on the Quant by Koenigsegg, shown at the Geneva Motor Show in 2009. This year the Quant returns to Geneva but under the auspices of a company called nanoFLOWCell, lead by the same Nunzio La Vecchia of NLV Solar. NanoFlowcell, a company based in Lichtenstein, says that the QUANT e-Sportlimousine utilizes four electric motors, one for each wheel, that give out a combined maximum output of 680kW and a normal operating output of 480kW. The 912 horsepower working prototype is powered by a flow cell battery. According to the manufacturers, the Quant boasts a 5-times greater performance than most other electric cars run on lithium-ion technology. It is able to reach (96.5 kph) 60 mph in 2.8 seconds, and a top speed f 236 mph (379 kph)
