The Yukon family of SUVs Yukon, long-wheelbase Yukon XL, and luxurious Yukon Denali, adopt many of the changes applied to the Sierra. The 2015 GMC Yukon Denali is all-new with bold new styling, additional refinement, more power, new fold-flat rear seats and a quieter interior. The new exterior design features HID headlights, Chrome Denali grille and standard 20-inch wheels. Illuminated, power-retractable assist steps and 22-inch wheels are optional. The Yukon Denali is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine with Active Fuel Management, direct injection and variable valve timing that produces 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated with a Hydra-Matic 6L80 six-speed automatic transmission, featuring TapShift control, Tow/Haul mode and Auto Grade Braking. Inside the Denali features active noise cancelation technology to make the interior quieter and an eight-inch customizable driver display with three available user themes and available head-up display. Third-generation magnetic ride control delivers more precise body control for better driving dynamics and a smoother ride.
