Christmas is Coming to Warsaw, Poland

Traditional seasonal event in Warsaw where city hangs Christmas lights as attraction to tourists and locals. The turning on of Warsaw\’s Christmas lights was inaugurated by a special concert in Castle Square next to the Old Town. People enjoyed the Christmas lights and market. Warsaw’s Christmas Market takes place throughout December on the Market Square of the Old Town. While it is much smaller than the perhaps more famous Krakow Christmas Market, Warsaw’s market still has plenty to offer in terms of food, drink, shopping, and entertainment.
