Phelps is the greatest athlete in Olympic history. He helped to win the silver medals for his teammates Adrian Nathan, Ryan Lochte, Cullen Jones in the 400-meter freestyle at London Olypics 2012. Still only 27 years old, Phelps has the goal of winning at least three more gold medals in this year’s Olympics to officially become the most decorated Olympic athlete of all time.

Europe’s tallest building stands at 310 metres (1,016ft) and is fully clad in glass. Facilities will include a hotel, restaurant, viewing platform, flats and offices. The Shard will be open to the public with a viewing gallery and observation deck on the 72nd floor.
