The NATO Tiger Meet is the annual flying exercise featuring only the designated Tiger squadrons of NATO. This year’s NTM is hosted by the Luftwaffe’s Aufklarungsgeschwader 51, who fly the Tornado IDS and ECR versions from their base at Schleswig, located in the far north of Germany.

The Siberian tiger is the largest cat in the world. It averages about 3.3 m (11 ft.) in length, with a tail measuring 1 m (3 ft.). Adult male tigers can weigh up to 320 kg (700 lb.), while female tigers are significantly smaller, weighing up to 180 kg (400 lb.). It is estimated the wild population of Siberian tigers at around 350-450 tigers. They are endangered because people hunt them, and they are wrecking their habitat.
